Finding a job employment is one of the aimed for most individuals after they have graduated in their career education course program or college degree educational learning. With the aspects that been learned not only in career educational learning but starting from childhood, it’s been a realization that they are so many things that been learned and even discovered. Part of preparing this career search is developing the resume and cover letter which is the primarily basis for the evaluation conducted by the hiring manager or employer in order to determined if they will be entirely qualify or suited to the job position that been applying before further evaluation will be conducted such as the examination and job interviews which are the final stage before coming up a decision of who will be accepted in that particular company.

As of now, submitting the job application can be done technologically where in the job applicant can be able to post their application letter to their prospect employer in their website, just fax or email it. With this technological submission of job application papers, both the job applicants and employers will not experience some hassles whether accepting several papers or submitting it personally to the employers. If the job applicant will fax, email or posted their job application in the employers website; it’s quite important to put things into some consideration such as the following:

• Ensure that entire parts of the job application papers such as the inclusion of the cover letter, resume, copy of training certificates, copy of diploma and transcript of records.

• The content of the cover letter must be short but direct to the point. Be reminded not to repeat the detail that already been mentioned and then summarize the points about considering of applying to the vacant position that been known.

• Aside of that, cover letter must got an essence of enthusiasm in regards to the job and to its employer. End the job application letter with the words such as looking forward or follow up for further evaluation.

• The content of the resume must be follow the standards of writing the resume but just make it creative to present. Ensure that it’s direct to the point. You may include the job previous job experience and more importantly the skills, interest and potential.

• Avoid some mistakes especially in spelling and grammar.

Those aspects are already quite helpful in order to come up a good resume and cover letter or entirely a good job application paper with a higher chance to gain the job position that been applying for career development or financial purposes.

Andy McAfee, late of Harvard B-School and now crossing the Charles River to MIT, has gone me one better with his discussion of Enterprise 2.0 patterns. His recent post, Toward a Pattern Language for Enterprise 2.0, details two sorts of patterns for optimal enterprise 2.0 technology, no-brainers and maybes. Both sets of patterns apply to Learnscapes, which are in essence a subset of enterprise 2.0 (a term Andy invented).
